Description
The project includes the installation of electrification on the KIATO – RODODAFNI section, approximately 70.6 km in length, namely the construction of an electrification system with overhead contact line, with two feeding substations at Xylokastro and Aigio, with remote control from Corinth, telecommunications systems for passenger information and other works serving and informing the public, as well as a closed-circuit television system in the railway tunnels of the Kiato – Rododafni line, for its safe operation, together with other works such as planting of the areas near the substations and the installation of noise barriers.
