Contract notice for 33 posts of General Directors and Directors at Hellenic Railways S.A. (OSE) – Open to experienced executives from Greece and abroad

Hellenic Railways S.A. (OSE) announces the call for six posts of General Director and twenty-seven posts of Director, in the context of the implementation of the new institutional framework and the organisational restructuring of the Company. The call is one of the key reform measures of Law 5220/2025 for the new OSE and marks the transition to a modern management model, with an emphasis on transparency, merit and accountability. The posts concern critical areas of responsibility, such as Safety and Interoperability, Network Operation, Studies and Works, Financial Services, Strategy and Development, Technology and Digital Strategy, Rolling Stock, Human Resources, as well as specialised directorates of an operational and regulatory nature. The posts are filled following a public call, through an open assessment procedure which includes verification of formal and substantive qualifications and interviews. The contracts are fixed-term, with a duration of three years, renewable for an equal period in the same post, within a framework that links the position of responsibility to specific objectives and measurable results. With this call, the new OSE issues an open invitation to experienced executives from Greece and abroad, reinforcing in practice its strategy of attracting expertise and specialised human resources. The aim is to form a strong management team that will support the modernisation of the Greek railway, the full implementation of safety and interoperability systems and the delivery of the Company's investment programme.
