a limited number of economic operators from the list of eligible bidders for participation in the Negotiated Procedure without prior publication of a Tender Notice, in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 8 of Law 5167/2024, as added by Article 44 of Law 5220/2025, in conjunction with the provisions of Articles 269 and 269a of Law 4412/2016, for the selection of a contractor for the construction of the project and the conclusion of a public works contract on the subject matter below the thresholds of Law 4412/2016, with the award criterion being the most economically advantageous tender based solely on price (lowest price)

The contract is financed from the expenditure budget of the company "Hellenic Railways S.A." by decision No.: 9033112/29.06.2026 on the assumption of a multi-year obligation (ΑΔΑ:6ΖΣΝ46ΨΧΕΔ-ΞΧ2) and commitment numbers Γ.Λ. 62.07 35412_2026, 34513_2027, 35414_2028

The participation documents, together with the general terms and conditions, are set out in the Invitation, as approved by decision No. 7010/16.07.2026 of the Board of Directors of the company "Hellenic Railways S.A."

The deadline for the submission and opening of tenders is set as 04/08/2026, Tuesday, at 12:00 a.m.

The invitation shall be posted on the website of the company "Hellenic Railways S.A.", www.ose.gr, and on the website of TEE.
