Christy Agapitou

Christy Agapitou is Assistant Professor at the University of Piraeus, specialising in crisis management and business strategy. She has experience in tourism, entrepreneurship, local government and digital transformation, as well as in business consultancy. She has previously headed career and liaison offices, worked as an auditor at the Independent Authority for Public Revenue and run a business in sports tourism. She took up her duties on the Board of Directors of Hellenic Railways on 29 August 2025.
