Evangelos Sambracos

Evangelos Sambracos is Professor Emeritus at the University of Piraeus. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and pursued postgraduate studies in France (D.E.A. and doctorate) in Transport Economics at the University of Lyon 2 and the École Nationale des Travaux Publics de l'État (the French National School of State Public Works). He has taken part in numerous studies and research programmes on investment, transport, shipping and logistics, and has experience in public administration as a member of boards of directors and scientific committees and as an adviser to various ministries.
